SECTION 5A — HYBRID PRODUCTS (DIGITAL + PHYSICAL)

  • the digital component has independent economic value;

  • digital delivery may occur immediately after purchase;

  • digital content is non-refundable once delivered or accessed;

  • hybrid orders are partially fulfilled upon digital delivery;

  • any approved refund applies only to the physical portion.

SECTION 5B — SHIPPING TERMS & EXW INCOTERMS

International orders are generally shipped under EXW – Ex Works trade terms.

KeratinBR’s responsibility ends once goods are handed to the carrier.

Risk of loss, delay, customs seizure, duties, taxes, and clearance costs transfers to the customer at that moment.

We do not refund goods:

  • refused by customs;

  • returned due to unpaid duties;

  • confiscated, destroyed, or abandoned;

  • delayed within the agreed delivery window.

Certain international and high-demand orders may require up to 120 business days (handling + shipping).

By completing a purchase, you expressly agree to this maximum timeframe where applicable.
